Context: You might have wanted to show, first, an extreme long shot (ELS), a very "far-away" scene of the theater, or bowl, in which the orchestra was playing; then a scene of the theater, the ticket booth, people going inside, and then the ELS shown here. Instead, we are showing all that would be needed in an ELS of the orchestra without building up any story about the theater the orchestra is in, or, for that matter, the town or city in which the orchestra is playing. We were not discussing a whole movie, really, but rather just one sequence, one complete story within a story, a paragraph, not a chapter.
